Veo Camera Use Guidelines:
* This is an EQUIPMENT RENTAL AGREEMENT entered into by and between Platinum IE (Club) and the team listed below. Veo Camera rental includes: Veo Camera, Veo Battery, Veo Tripod, Veo Case.
* There is a $75 weekend rental fee.
* Term of Agreement. The parties do herein bind themselves to the terms of this Agreement in regard to the rental of a Veo Camera all equipment rented by team from Club for the period stated below.
* The cost to replace the camera in case of total loss or total damage is $999+fees. The cost to replace the tripod is $499+fees
* If the camera is damaged by the team, it will incur the cost of repairing the camera to the condition it was when check out by team.
* Camera will be checked out by club staff and inspected by Team Administrator.
* Camera must be returned in same condition or a fee will be charged to the team account.
* If Veo Camera is lost and/or damaged the team agrees to reimburse the club the cost to replace the Veo Camera.
*Pick up days are only Wednesdays and Thursdays. 5:45 PM / 7:15 PM
*Return days are only Tuesday and Wednesdays. 5:45 PM / 7:15 PM
There will be a $50 per day fee added for systems returned late.
