-If you are having a parent meeting, players/kids are not allowed due to capacity. -If you are using office for classroom time only players are allowed. NO parents inside the office allowed due to capacity. -The office is not to be used for team parties! -Office is available Monday – Thursday for team use. -Hours for team use is from 5:00 PM to 8 PM. -No food, gum or drinks inside office building. -Office use is limited to once per month per team. -Reserve room in advance, 72-hours notice. -There will be a $25 fee for less 24 hours cancellation notice. -There will be a 10-minute grace period when requested time ends. There will be a $25 fee for usage that runs past that time and a $50 fee for 30-minutes past requested time. -If tables and chairs are needed, the team is responsible for setting them up and putting them back. -Players\coaches should not wear cleats inside. -The team is responsible for any broken, damaged or missing items and could incur up to a $250 fine if the room is left dirty or with broken items or cost of missing\broken items. -Do not move or touch thermostat or video cameras.
