Complete the Admin Assignment Form

WAIT TILL YOU RECEIVE AN EMAIL FROM OUR CLUB WITH INSTRUCTIONS FOR SETTING UP A PLATINUM IE EMAIL ADDRESS AND LET US KNOW WHEN YOU HAVE COMPLETED THE SET UP

AFTER you set up your Platinum IE email account, create a US Soccer account

  • Create it using your club email address
  • Ensure that your profile has your full legal name as it is on your government identification

 

Complete Required Training

  • SafeSport training (90 minutes)
  • Introduction To Safe and Healthy Playing Environments training (25 minutes)

 

Print and complete the Request for Live Scan Service Form

  • If you have previously completed the livescan FOR CAL SOUTH you do not need to do another. Background checks done for any other organization, company, etc. are not acceptable
  • Privacy Rights Notification – AB 506
    Platinum IE is required under California Assembly Bill 506 (AB 506) to perform a Live Scan fingerprint background check on anyone with supervisory or disciplinary authority over children, staff or board members, and volunteers. You have the right to know that your information will be used only for this legally required background check. Providing your personal information is voluntary; however, if you choose not to provide some or all the required information, Platinum IE cannot allow you to contract with or volunteer for the organization
  • Search for Live Scan locations

 Coaches Only:

  • Paid and Unpaid Coaches, Assistant Coaches, and Trainers will need to complete a coach contract
  • Platinum IE requires coaches to be certified in CPR. If you do not already have certification, get certified now

    • Requirements Include:
      • Safe Sport* Due annually
      • Background Check (through JDP $27.55)
      • Staff Registrant Annual Certification
      • Adverse Eligibility List Review (Staff)
      • Heads Up
      • Mandated Reporter Training $8.99
      • Sudden Cardiac Arrest
      • Live Scan Background Check
